Steven Grant, a 33-year-old political newcomer, ousted five-term incumbent Mayor Jerry Taylor in the election on March 29. -Palm Beach Post Meet and greet the new Mayor of Boynton Beach, Florida. Steven Grant is a 2005 graduate of the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School 
of Business. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and earned a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. He studied abroad at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, and the University of the Netherlands Antilles. He will be introduced by his father, our own Rotarian Alan Grant.
