Status and Future of Nuclear Energy

Paul is a nuclear engineering graduate from the Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute with over 45 years of experience in the nuclear industry.  He specializes in consulting services for the application of risk-informed, performance-based concepts to optimize nuclear energy production, and covers safety, production, operations and design of nuclear facilities.  He has participated in projects in over two dozen countries, supporting utilities, regulators, off-takers, and governments with technical services and training.  He is a regular contributor to projects for the International Atomic Energy Agency (an autonomous international organization within the United Nations) and the US State Department, and participates in development of codes and standards for the American Nuclear Society and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
